2011 Top Ten Best Fiction for Young Adults

So the ALA have just announced their ten best books for young adults this year.

Bacigalupi, Paolo. Ship Breaker.

Shipbreaker is amazing, and a great book to get guys to read. Loved the world, the writing.

I read about two pages of Revolution, but then I, uh, had to download Across the Universe to my nook. Yeah. I haven't gotten back to it yet, but I'll have to make a point to read it as soon as I'm done with ATU.

I loved Revolution. And am also half way through Across the Universe. Such good books out at the moment

I definitely need to read Ship Breaker and especially Finnikin of the Rock. I recently read Jellicoe Road, so now I'm dying to read more from Melina Marchetta!
